For Landowners, Farmers & Land Managers

Do you have a blind sitting empty?

We help South Louisiana landowners generate additional income from existing hunting opportunities — while you keep control over who accesses your property.

01 The Opportunity

Maybe you have a duck blind that sits empty during parts of the season. Or maybe you’ve thought about leasing hunting access but didn’t want the hassle of managing hunters, collecting payments, coordinating schedules, or dealing with liability concerns.

That’s where Open Blind Hunting & Leasing comes in. We work directly with landowners and farmers to help generate additional income from existing hunting opportunities while maintaining control over who accesses your property.

02 Our Goal Is Simple

Five things we’re actually after.

Straight from how we pitch this to every property owner we talk to.

  • Responsible hunters
  • Managed access
  • Reduced headaches
  • Additional revenue for landowners
  • Long-term relationships built on trust
03 What We Handle

You keep the ground. We run the access.

We brush and maintain the blinds, set and pick up decoys daily, screen and schedule the hunters, collect the payments, and keep the hunting pressure managed so the property doesn’t get burned out.

We believe that proper blind management, reduced hunting pressure, responsible access and transparent communication create better hunting experiences for everyone — and that’s as true for the property owner as it is for the hunter.

04 Who We Are

Local people working with local people.

We believe South Louisiana has some of the best waterfowl habitat in the country, and we’re working to create opportunities that benefit both hunters and property owners.

If you own farmland, marsh, pasture or waterfowl property and would like to learn more about partnering with us, we’d love to have a conversation. No pressure. No obligation.

Send us a message or give us a call. We’ll talk to you straight.

05 Start The Conversation

What kind of ground we’re looking for.

If any of this describes your property, we’d like to hear from you.

01

Rice & ag ground

Flooded or floodable rice, working ag ground, and crawfish ponds that hold birds through the season.

02

Pasture & fields

Pasture ground where geese and big ducks are already working, whether or not there’s a blind on it yet.

03

Marsh

Coastal and interior marsh. Boat-access hunts aren’t in our first phase, but we’re still interested in the ground.

04

Existing blinds

Already have blinds built and sitting unused for stretches of the season? That’s the easiest conversation of all.

The blind is brushed. The decoys are ready.
